None of your personal information is shared by Bruce K. Tyler with any third party other than court personnel and other persons necessary to perform the services for which you have hired Bruce K. Tyler, P.C.. Your social security number and the full account numbers of bank accounts, brokerage accounts and the like (which may be in the separation agreement) are protected by Virginia law from disclosure. However, your court file is open to the public and if someone is so inclined to go into circuit court and ask for the file, he will be able to read all documents which have been filed. Some of the personal information available would be the date and place of your marriage and the names and dates of birth of your children. If a separation agreement is to be made part of your final divorce decree, it will be attached as an exhibit to the complaint and he would be able to read that.
